Relationship Wellness Series

SCCS is committed to bringing relationship wellness information to you. All of us exist in relationships and no one is truly alone.  We at Stein Counseling recognize the enormous volume of literature and information available on the web and through major bookstores on topics including marriage, parenting, teamwork, spirituality, etc. We are continually reviewing the latest literature and research and attempt to filter what we believe to be the most sound and empirically supported relationship wellness information.

Relationship Wellness Series  FAQ:

  • How do I register for a Stein’s Relationship Wellness Series offering?

You can utilize our online registration by visiting our website click on Workshops>more information (next to desired offering)>register now>create login>follow prompts or Call Amber at our Onalaska Office 785-7000 x221 and she will be able to answer questions, register you for a course, as well as take payments by phone.

  • Are the fees per person or couple?

Per person,  the benefits of attending the offerings are gained by working with the instructor first hand, and getting your questions answered for your unique situation.

  • When do I need to pay for the course?

In order for your place in the class to be held, payment will need to be received via online using Paypal or in person by Check or Cash.

  • Do we need to purchase the book?

Yes, it is recommended that you purchase the books listed and if possible, read though the materials prior to beginning.

  • Are these insurance billable?

Stein Counseling will not provide any billing to insurance for these offerings at this time.

  • Does Stein accept County funding for these?

Yes, please see your respective county worker to see if they can assist you with funding for these courses.

  • What if I have to miss a session?

You are welcome to still attend the following weeks; it will be even more important that you have read the materials.

  • What if I have registered  but I decide that I can’t make the classes?

Please call the office to notify them of the change. Refunds will be made for canceled registrations 7 days prior to the course start dates; after that time, fees will remain as a credit for future classes.

  • If I feel I need to take an offering again in the future will I be charged full price?

No, once you have taken one offering you’re welcome to join us again for the same one as a refresher for no additional fee. However, we will need to be notifiied of your plans to attend in advance to insure adequate seating is available.

  • Will food be provided at any of these classes?

Light snacks will be provided the first night of 6wk courses with a snack sign up for the subsequent weeks. Coffee and water will also be available.

  • Will I receive a certificate of completion?

Yes, certificates will be given upon completion of any of our wellness series offerings.

  • Are CEU’s available?

Yes! CEU’s are available for an additional cost of $15.00. They will come from University of Wisconsin La Crosse and will be mailed out a few weeks following completion of an offering.
