Stein Counseling uses HIPAA-compliant TherapyAppointment for all electronic medical records and claims submission. It allows for many HIPAA-compliant features that are client friendly including online scheduling, checking statements, bill pay, and much more.
For NEW Clients:
New clients may request an appointment by completing the registration page under your preferred provider. Once completed, someone from the Stein Counseling office will contact you to arrange your first appointment.
For EXISTING/ACTIVE Clients:
After your initial appointment, you are considered an existing/active client. As such, you can now do all the following online:
- Set, view, or reschedule appointments (future addition)
- Update contact or insurance information
- Complete a biographical information form
- Send HIPAA-compliant, secure emails to your provider
- View or pay online statement
For ALL Clients:
When you are ready to use the client portal for any of the above reasons, please click on your provider to be taken to the appropriate client portal page.
