About Tommy Moize

Tommy Moize, MFT, joined Stein Counseling and Consulting, Ltd., in July 2020. Tommy is a Marriage and Family Therapist in Training and holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University, Viriginia. Tommy works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Before his role as a counselor, Tommy worked with Stein Counseling as a Parent Educator starting in 2017 and as a Wellness Coach in 2018. Prior to joining Stein Counseling and Consulting Services, Ltd., Tommy gained extensive experience from his various roles working in community mental health. Starting in 2008, he worked as an intensive in-home clinician, day treatment clinician, and adult support services/skill-building clinician.

Additionally, Tommy has a Master’s in Religious Studies with a concentration in theology which makes him ideal for someone seeking Christian counseling, but does not limit whom he will see as a client. Tommy’s education in marriage and family gives him a family systems perspective for helping couples and families work through difficulties and challenges together. Between his background experience, training, and education, Tommy is equipped to work with a diversity of individuals, couples, and families in his role as an outpatient therapist and in-home counselor at Stein Counseling and Consulting Services, Ltd.
