About Jenny Clark, MSW, APSW


Jenny Clark is an outpatient therapist and in-home counselor for Stein Counseling and Consulting Services, Ltd.  Jenny is licensed as an Advanced Practice Social Worker and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in mental health from the University of Wisconsin Madison.  

Before joining Stein Counseling and Consulting Services in 2017, Jenny worked for a Child Advocacy Center as a forensic interviewer and family advocate.  As a forensic interviewer, Jenny was responsible for providing developmentally, culturally appropriate, and legally defensible forensic interviews of children when there were allegations of abuse or when the child witnessed violence to another person.  As an advocate, Jenny coordinated and provided services to caregivers and their children including assessments, crisis intervention, ongoing support, education and information referrals, and acted as a liaison between the family and the legal systems.  

Jenny’s background working with children and families affected by trauma and her training/education in mental health provides the perfect foundation for her role at Stein Counseling and Consulting Services.

Jenny has experience with abuse, anxiety, trauma, child custody, depression, domestic violence, emotional abuse, family systems, grief, sexual abuse and trauma, and women’s issues. Jenny also works with children and teenager with sexual behavior/acting out problems.
