Danielle is the first welcoming smile you will see in our Black River Falls office. She is responsible for assisting in the running of every day operations, working closely with management and Outpatient Provider teams. Beyond the typical business aspects, she is excited to have the privilege of getting to meet so many people in the community.
Danielle comes to Stein Counseling with a variety of experiences. She has been responsible for determining mass product availability and coordinating rail-cars to ensure that product reached destinations, to delivering world class account management services and satisfaction to larger education clients by managing communication, concerns, and issues between the educational provider and the client. Internally, she worked with various functional areas to ensure all departments were helping the clients achieve their education and career goals. In addition, she worked as an extension of the sales representative to recognize opportunities for new sales, support presales and post-sales activities, and manage daily client relationships to maximize revenue growth and client satisfaction. Prior to this education institution, Danielle worked on the management team of an organization who created and maintained Drug-Free Workplace programs. She traveled across the US to train and support the sales team, promote the organization’s product offerings to clients, and train the clients’ work staff on Drug-Free Workplace programs.
Danielle has three children and loves to volunteer. Most importantly, she has a genuine love of life, people, and the community!
